I figured Id post this here since the anabolic board for the most part consider oxandrolone a "girls drug" "weak" etc. but what I really want to know is if its really that weak. as in would I be better off just taking creatine or some shit? is it THAT weak? or is it still gonna seem like the "supplement" of dreams compared to creatine. for example, would about 20mgs of oxandrolone a day still blow creatine out of the water?(im 225, never done a cycle)

Ummmm, well, to put it simply....There is no comparing creatine to any steroid in my opinion...steroid results also vary according to dosage in most cases according to study and research...some such as myself and 2thick, believe that one can get good results off of a lower doses instead of E2's "captain Insano" cycles (LOL). I would recommend oxandrolone and then hit up a loading phase of creatine about the last week of the oxandrolone...no promises though, i don't really have that much info from you....If it's your first cycle, you should receive good gains because you have fresh receptor sites. good luck.

I think that I remember the post from the anabolic board. You will get gains from the oxy. You need to take more to get great gains from it, but with a strong diet, you should yield decent and keepable gains from it.

if youre gonna go ahead and do the "goods" do some anavar (oxy) 30 mg a day and some equopise, 300 mg a week. go ahead and throw in the creatine. this is a nice mild cycle that will give yoiu good gains for a first cycle and some quality hardness!!
