i know when ur on creatine ur suppost to drink lots of water, or at least thats what i was told , does the same hold true for cell tech???? thanx for any help.     | ||

Since the main ingrediant is Creatine, you need to drink lots of water otherwise there will be nothing to be transported to the muscles. I'm pretty sure from the last time I took it, it even says on the back to drink lots of water with it. -Blackop | ||
