I believe it helps the metobolism of glycogen. It will only help you lose weight if you are deficient in Chromium. If you take a decent multi-vitamin, you should be getting enough of it. | ||

This is a supplement designed for sport's people, active people and slimmers. Chromium is involved in making glucose available in the body and picolinic acid aids its absorption into the body. you can get the chromium from a vitamin supplement, but not the picolinic acid |
