posted November 01, 2000 05:38 PM Staff Use Only: IP: Logged week 2 into my 3 week endeavor...and i've already dropped 10 lbs...starting 189 lbs, yesterday weighed in at 179. i dont know my bodyfat %, but im 5'8". i do definately see my abs starting surface again..ive been doing my cardio in the morning before i eat anything, and watching carb intake. also ive been spacing about 5-6 small meals about the day. Im so pleased with this product I dont want to stop using just yet. But my next ? is how long can i safely use it w/o over exerting my heart. i plan to cycle it. thanks sober
