In the short experience that I've had with AS.....getting busted and the "felon's guilt" that goes along with it is something that crosses my mind from time to time. What's the average punishment for a first-time offender? Share your story. delts ------------------     | ||

In 88 when a local to dallas got busted with what the cops est. at $50,000, but it was really $10,000 worth of juice. He got 5years probation. | ||

Personal use is a misdemeanor for a first offense. But remember, the cops and DA's don't understand what a personal use amount is. Example we all know how my cycles are high doses and such. Well, that is personal use if you understand steroids and there use in bodybuilding. But to the average person, informed by the media and old farts, they don't understand that. They think these drugs are miracle drugs that have instantaneous effects with little doses. So, where 5 bottles of aratest and 2 bottles of maxigan and 100 a bombs will last me 12 weeks and cost around 900 bucks, the cops and DA's think that that is dealer amounts and will try to convince a court as well. | ||

I was told by a buddy that used to deal, to have a made up list with crazy dosages. If you ever got busted you could always say that it was for personal use, here is my list. | ||

Checkmate......that does sound pretty lenient considering the amount. I'm sure it would be a much stiffer penalty now. And Chesty.....once again you are so right....the media and the average yoyo on the street think we're all "Underdogs" and our "secret pills" make us what we are without all the hard work that goes along with it. Bignick, You could go get a doc script, but he would not give you as much as you needed. There were still many dealers back then, it was just not looked on as bad by the judges. It was never legal to sale prescription drugs without prescrition. | ||

a buddy of mine got busted with 20amps of sus, 20amps of testoviron, and 5 10cc aussie decas. he got 2 years suspended for 48months , it was his first offense. | ||

Some peon...calls himself the franchise.........says SWESS PHARMA turned him in? But also claims he was a bigger juice dealer than SWESS....but SWESS ripped him off,by selling him fake shit.???? i got busted while still a teen w/ a shitload of syringes and lots of clen tabs (spiropents 20mcgs) (if i recall) i also had like 2 primo amps maybe a sten amp (obviously i was gettting ready to cut down and had lil left overs) BUT I WAS BUSTED BY MY MOM! found the shit in my room in a PHOSPHAGEN HP coffee-type can!! i immediately told them i was holding them for someone else...OF COURSE and they didnt seem to pleased to put 2 and 2 together and figure out that my freshman fifteen (plus 5) since then i am EXTRA CAREFULL with EVERYTHING | ||
