ok, my neighbor was telling me he used to fight his pit, and it never lost... well if it did it would be dead... anyway, he said he made some cash when he needed it. how the fuck can people do this with a loved pet? pit bulls raised "ghetto" style are fucking horrible animals... if you raise them right they can be sweet, but them inbred fuckin dogs are horrible, and the owners are worse. ya, so you have a pit, big fuckin deal... if your pit goes near me, my family or my dog, you wont have that pit, you will have a lump of shit with a hole in its head.

back to the neighbor, i lost so much respect for him... pathetic.

I was't going to respond to these juvenile threads, but feel I must,if just to shed some some reality onto them.1)Pit-Bulls DO NOT generally fight to the death,if the match is done by professionals, and by the rules.Dogs that die usually do so from blood loss, shock etc.,well after the match.A very game dog that will not quit is very prized, and I've read of accounts where the owner of the winning dog has said "You pick up your game little dog or I'll pick up mine" embarrassing the owner, and making him realise his dog was done for the day.I am not saying that I condone this activity, but at least know what you're talking about. There is a lot of SCUMBAGS that just fight their dogs, and have no knowledge of what they're doing(breaking sticks etc.)real matches have dogs coming or not coming up to scratch,or jumping out of the ring,or just quitting.THERE ARE STRINGENT RULES.
Again,I DO NOT ENGAGE IN THIS ACTIVITY,but the truth is,that the dogs LOVE IT.They cannot be made to do it.It is what they were bred for.IMEO Bullfighting,Cockfighting, and even Horse Racing(Steeple Chases especially)are far more inhumane.

yes they are made to do it. some owners starve the shit out of their dogs and mistreat them in order to get them into a fight mode. and they only die from loss of blood??? they still die, its a very very distinct possibility. and more so then not they are not run like a boxing match with strict rules... put em in, let em fight... and the guy i talked to said it was to the DEATH when his fought.
