Chesty,

Metallica was inspired by a group called "DiamondHead" and of course the Misfits. Anything by the Misfits is awesome. But if you can find DiamondHead's recording of "Am I Evil"...it's cool.

that's some vintage shit right there
the only two good songs of that Dracula 2000 CD are Pantera and Slayer.
and does the Duke Nukem theme rule or what?? that usually makes my cardio tape.

saw AC/DC on thursday
they're still solid. all the 'back in black' stuff got an awesome reception

i was born in the wrong decade. onekickasswoman knows what i'm talking about

I don't think Chesty needs to hear some jackass scream about how shitty the USA is while he's doing legs.

Pantera, "Strength Beyond Strength" is a MUST, too...

"Welcome to the Jungle" is a good one, too...I still listen to GNR's 'Appetite' CD!

Party Up and Whats My Name by DMX are the only two rap songs that can get me energized to workout.

I like a lot of other rap but nothing really to fire me up...anyone have any recommendations?

I agree on the DMX...They do a song with Limp Bizkit that "rolls."

Limp is good workout music if you consider that rap.

I'd think NWA would get one going on the weights.
