In the second threat: you say "ut Gallia" as a simile, to mean "like Gaul." but in my recollection, "ut" means "so that" and is the beginning of a subjunctive clause. I thought there was another word for "like" that is more appropriate, although I can't think of it now.

I like the threat, though. Obviously you've read Caesar:
"omnia gallia diviso in partes tres."
