That height chart is bullshit. Ray at 5'5" and Levrone at 5'8" have the most balanced physiques I have seen, and they weigh a hell of alot more than 160 and 175.

True, but these are based for the natural bodybuilder.
Shawn Ray does is not included in the natural category.

Those measurements seem puny, but do the math.

6ft tall it says I need a 30 inch waist, 17.5 inch arms. I also should weigh 200lbs.

Trust me, those measurement are hard to obtain naturally.

According to him, my arms, calves are too small. Yet Im 215lbs. I need to lose weight AND gain size in my arms and calves.

I knew some people would say, "well Flex is proportionate and he weighs 260lbs!"

Show me anyone who is natural or even roided out on this board, show me those classic lines.

I am 5'5" and was a lean 185 before touching anything. I don't buy that table...hell, Calvin Klein models probably are too heavy according to it.

Ideal Body Proportions

Alright folks... here's the complete "Ideal" body proportions table.
I'm not sure what the original source is, but I believe it may have been M&F:

INSTRUCTIONS

To use this chart first divide your bodyweight by your height. This will
give your weight per inch of height. When this is determined select the
figure in the far left column that is closest to yours. Then, follow the
figures straight across to learn your ideal proportions. Women
bodybuilders may have to adjust measurements in the area of hips, waist,
and chest depending on build.

* Measure yourself every three months.
* Check in the mirror to make sure that your muscles are defined.
* Also check to make sure your muscles have fullness, depth and
pleasing contour.
* Build proportionate strength and size.
* Train regularly and follow a sensible diet.

According to that one. Im perfect!

But I think its totally up to you on how you want to look. If you want 35 inch legs but only 45 inc chest, thats up too you!

Train for youe own goals not what someone recommends. We all have different genetic makeup.

I think in relation to proportion your neck calf and arm measurement should be around equal. The thighs should be about ten inches bigger than the calves, and if if you can get your chest measurement 20 iches greater than your waist your doing very well. This is just my observation, apply it to yourself and tell me what you think.
