Every day at the gym I see someone doing something wrong. Now, I hate people who presume to instruct in a gym. I figure if someone wants advice they'll ask for it. So when what they're doing is just a waste of time I don't pay any mind. But when they're doing something that could injure them it's really hard to stay quiet. Case in point yesterday was this cute little chick doing behind-the-head lat pulldowns so far down that the bar itself reached halfway down her back -- I swear it hurt my shoulders just to see it!
So wahddaya do? Ignore it and go about your business (til you hear a bodypart pop off the afforementioned cute girl in spandex) or do you go up and potentially embarass her?
Why can't people just watch and ask, dammnit. That's how I learned.

I generally have work to do, and as such will leave them alone. If someone has somehow managed to work in with me, I will give tips as necessary.
