yea we need a full body pic + a pic when you lose the bloat. there is a huge difference between being bloated and totally dry with zero glycogen (which was the situation in my pics, btw.) | ||

Dude, if I had 30% bodyfat my arms would be huge too. Who cares how big your arms are if they are jiggly. Wait till your "Ironman Day" or whatever you were talking about and then see how big your arms are. No way they'll be 18.5". -Warik ------------------ BY THE POWER OF GRAYSKULL!!! | ||

If I had 18.5" arms I wouldn't care about shoulders either, but I agree, you gotta cut the bodyfat soon... ------------------
