lorenzo - Is that total workload, or just a single? If it's a single, (and you can find one of those Texas Power Bars) you had better have a crane or a couple of big guys like myself standing by to pull it off your sternum...If it's total workload, you might consider doing a few more sets..good luck bro!

No shirt, just a lever belt and wrist wraps...I could have blasted 515 or so with a shirt. I am tempted to buy one from Inzer.

Here is an off-cycle pic of me doing triples with 425

Helmsman, I need to get a lever belt but everywhere says they have been on back order forever. If you have any ideas email me. Ive already tried monstermuscle.com with no luck.

Helms>>.. I got two TEXAS POWER BARS at my house. When I was training for PL meets me and my lifting partner would always enter the two man deadlift. It was funny looking, because we would load around 550 on my side and he would load about 650 on his side. i am supprise we never ripped a bicep doing that crap.

Anyway are you using a bench shirt from INZER? If not you might want to think about getting one, just to help you get over sticking points in you benching. When I was training for power many years ago I would have to pull out the shirt for about 3 workouts twice a year to help me with heavier weights.
