thats a pretty funny site...Some of what she has to say if full of crap though and 1 issue in particular...Being an Ex collegiate Cross Country/Track runner I'm going to have to call bs on this and I quote her as saying "in 1983 at 5'5" I was 80 pounds and wearing a size three I was a top runner. I ran a lot of competition track and field for a very large school, I ran the 5 minute mile, as well as would also run the 800,1500, and 3000 meter races in every meet. (Today, I can still do a 5 minute mile!)" No way, no how could a woman built like her run a 5 minute mile today. I would give her 1 year to train and still put all the money of the world that she couldn't run that fast now. I ran a few sub 4:30 miles in my life but even just 3 years removed I couldn't run near that now. As compared to someone who ran in 1983 doing something like what she says now....oh well..back to something better to read and learn | ||
