Do they have a link?
Looking for a good cheap place to buy gear on-line.

I have a harness but its to old now."Black Diamond"
I want to buy all new gear. For freestlye climbing no ropes. But harness is mandatory for saftey reasons.

This is what I need
Shoes,Harness, And a new chalk bag is very cheap.

All my gear is worn to death.
Thanks for any help you guys can swing my way

There are two tall old grain storage towers here in north west dallas, that are used for climbing, but at 260lbs, It is a no go for ya daddy!.

mountaingear.com
linkupgear.com
rockcreekoutfitters.com
REI.com

Before having the kids, I was a pretty hardcore climber. Bagged a couple of 14,000 footers in CO.
My only advice is don't skimp on gear.
Buy the best you can afford. I've seen lots of people crater, just because the went the cheap route on equipment.
Dangerous hobby my man, I quit so I wouldn't orphan my kids. have fun, be safe

Not as often as I used to. Climbing is a lot harder at 210 than it was at 160. I get all my gear from REI.com. The dividend helps to pay for other neccessities.

An extra 40lbs sure does throw off your center of gravity thats for sure I have to re-learn all the holds and grips again. Its gonna take some time.

Check out ebay, got some good stuff there. I have a brand new harness that I've never worn because it is slightly to big. I'll have to find it, don't even remember the brand now.
