Been on my diet for almost 6wks, started at 185lbs and still weigh 185lbs. I've done every thing I was suppose to do (low cal, cardio before breakfast, fat burners, gear) I'm not fat, I actually look alot harder. Been using some halotestin 10mg a day, anavar 10mg a day,
equipoise 100mg every other day, and tiractricol 4mcg a day. Is this good if I platued at 185lb? or do you measure your fat loss thru visual or fat testing?

It depends on what you want. If you want to read a lower weight on the scales, then what you're doing is not working! If you want to look leaner and harder, then what you're doing seems to be working just fine. Are you trying to make a weight class? If not then throw out the scales and go with how you look and feel.

Another dumb questions probably- but doesn't muscle weigh more than fat and therefore working out and developing muscle while losing fat means a trade off on the scales?

What is the best way to determine body fat? Isn;t that a better determining factor?

I would say it is very tough to get to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time - the only exceptions are beginners and juicers. Also, 1lb of fat weighs exactly the same as 1lb of muscle, doesn't it... Well, all depends on what you like - you have to make a choice: Less weight or same weight with harder look. Mylo
