I have heard new studies on protein pulse feeding. Eating 80% of your daily protein intake after training. It is suppose to work good for older people. Can anyone give any insight on this topic?

I call bull shit on that theory. It is illogical and will prevent maximum gains.

You should consume about 1gram of protein / kg of bodyweight directly after intense training but it would be stupid not to consume protein at other times during the day.

Too much protein actually promotes the release of glucagon, a transport hormore that's the opposite of insulin. If glucagon's low its not possible for nutrients to be transported to tissue (glycogen and protein to muscles) Check out t-mags article this week and last week about post-workout nutrition.
