I was under the impression that on a Ketogenic diet, your cholesterol level would not increase because your body is never releasing a fair amount of insulin, but I have never read any studies on this.. can someone point me to some, or are 3 packages of ground beef I eat every day really clogging up my arteries (I'm thinking of switching to pure Good fats by eating Chicken and some salad and Udo's oil, instead of Ground beef 3 times a day..)

come on guy's help me out
I think someone just wrote an article that was worded to make me believe that without insulin, the bad fats aren't removed from the blood.. but I think they just meant that since you are dieting, you cholesterol level would benefit, but eating all good fats would be a lot better...
I would eat chicken, but for some reason its like 6$ for 400 grams, and beef is only like 2$ for 400 grams..
