Hey Guys,
I am off my bulking, I am 5'11 @180lbs. I am in the need to get ripped and what not. I hear and have read that diet is really the true and only way to go for cutting (Besides cardio).

If what I have researched is true, eating an a great deal of salad (with light ranch, and cheese) topped with chick is a great way to cut down on un-nesseary calories and keep size. If one were to make this there diet 24/7 (with the 3 main meals that I eat) would it lead to weight loss. As an FYI: Each Salad has about 50 grams of protien in it, from both the cottage cheese added as well as the chicken that is topped)

Anyone know how man pounds I will lose. Also I have a little pooch near the lower part of my abs! How the F1232 do I get rid of that, it sticks out as much as my CHEST! It looks horrible? I am not really interested in taking an ECA stack, so is there anything I can do? Will that reduce, with my new diet?

Can't answer you question. You'll lose weight if you take in less calories than you burn. How much weight and how quickly just depends on how much less you take in. It's possible to overeat the salad you described unless you know EXACTLY how much chicken, cottage cheese, ranch dressing, etc... that you're consuming, and it fits in to you daily total calorie goal.
