I working out 4-5 days a week. I am using weightgaining powder once a day. I did a mistake in using clenbuterol because i thought it would help to gain muscles. I do drink a lot of coffe. Any suggestions, please let me know. Any good suggestion for a good cycle? I do loose hair of dianabol.

Start eating 6 BIG meals a day and take start taking creatine. My brother is the same way and that is the only way he has been able to put on size. Just eat a shitload.

yeah, BSmooth's got it right. EAT six BIG meals a day. If that doesn't work try to sleep more, be lazier during the day, train with higher intensity (for a shorter duration of time) and eat six GIGANTIC meals a day. Post workout nutrition is very important for growth.

(for a "hardgainer")
let's assume for a second your are 170lbs... post workout you should get about 100g simple sugars post workout (fructose, dextrose) and 50 grams of complex carbs. then pound a protein shake or some cottage cheese (fast absorbing protein) then... important: consume another 100g of carbs (this time complex) and roughly 40-80 grams of protein again. You'll grow, just watch the belly.

Try bumping your dietary fat intake to around 30% of your calories and watch yourself grow. I would cut back a day of training. Try 3-4 days per week instead. And don't do any of those sissy-lala exercises either. Stick to your basic compound movements. Follow a post-workout meal similar to the one Valdez pointed out (no fat in this meal). Creatine may help some. Keep protein intake to around 1.0 to 1.7 grams per pound of body weight. And keep carb intake to around 40% of your total calories.

One question, are gonna use juice with this? If you are, then slam at least 1000mg's of Test in with the rest of what you take. May lose hair so this may not be an option either, but thought I would say it anyway. Not trying to sound reckless, just getting to the point. I'm tired good night.

eating a huge meal right before bed might help, also never allowing yourself to feel hungry, and also whenever u feel full...eat a little more, eat beyond fullness, but u might but on some fat weight if u do this i dont know just offering ideas

also workouting wise,i dont know how many times a week, alot of people say 1,but the first 4 years when i workouted out i did twice a week, the first few months to a year i did bench 3 times a week then later went to 2,i think it just depends if u can take it or not,if u feel weaker and u dont feel recovered u should rest longer, but i remember when i first started,if i rested one week,i would feel weaker, but after about 4 years i progressed to once a week, and it seems like a decent recovery period, but i dont know everyones different,i agree too that u should just stick with basic compound movements,on leg days all i think u need is squats, but i dont know, just offering suggestions

Check your wieght gain power, sugar and fat increase calories, but not muscle...

Wow, of all the problems in the world of fitness this sounds kinda weak, no offense but eating more is easy. But keep in mind
volume does not make up for quality.

If you read the zone dite book you will understand the quality of food goes far
beyond skinny=eat more crap to get big. It must be the right type of food so your body is in the right zone to grow.

Are you really eating very much, and how good is the macro-nutrient spead?

You need to eat more and more often!! Increase your calories and shovel as much food in your mouth as possible!!! Add 2 weightgainer shakes a day. Make sure you have a high protein/carb drink right after you workout. Train heavy, and hard! Also do not do CARDIO!!! If you are using anything I would suggest Test. Its the best for gains and you will grow Eat some pizza and don't worry about eating clean..obviously. Like someone else mentioned Creatine is a good choice as well.

Let's not forget a few tablespoons of flax oil a day!! Use it in addition to what the others suggested. You won't have a choice but to grow.

hey, WATCH new@getting big's advice about test, you should know what the hell you're getting into if you are taking roids. Test has some nasty side effects that you have to stave off by taking *other* stuff to go along with it...Just do some research on your roids, and don't take advice from any one person, if you choose to do them.

Yes one needs to research before starting any kind of cycle. They need to be aware of the sides and any other possible harm it may cause their body. He asked for suggestions and said he had problems with dbol. I never said to take test! One should not take the advice of one individual when it comes to planning a cycle. I personally think test is one of the better ones to put on size and mass. Research it and find out if it is worth it for you. Anyone that is smart, researches and decides on their OWN what is best for their body and for what their goals are. I was suggesting and giving my opinion only, nothing further was intended!!

"Check your wieght gain power, sugar and fat increase calories, but not muscle..."

what do u mean by this?? if u are saying that table sugar and fat will cause a person to gain fat and not muscle, then i guess u are expecting them to eat only protein and a few carb choices, theres no way anyone will gain weight or muscle doing that unless they have superman genitics,i agree that if u eat beyond fullness and eat and eat and eat u will probably gain fat too along with muscle(if u are working out right),but thats just what some people got to do,in my opinion if was trying in that guys position and trying to gain weight i would eat everything, except twinkles, cookies, ice cream, candybars, cup cakes, but mcdonalds ,burger king are ok,even if its a whopper or stuff like that is good.

then u say " no offense but eating more is easy."

i know a ton of people that are tired of eating, and wish they can just take a pill with 1000 calories in it,instead of eating

ps,this has nothing to do with what happened on the other board,i would have responed the same whether this is the first time i saw u or not,so dont think i am responding to cause friction because of what happened on the other board

If you are having problems gaining weight then do the obvious. Unlike most you want to try and slow your metabolism down a little. Rather than 6 meals a day try 4-5 (6 meals will increase your bmr quite considerably).

I was once in the same boat as you, dont stand when you can sit, dont walk when you can drive, do everything to save calories from being burnt.

If you arent gaining weight you simply arent eating enough, it really is that simple. & it would be in your favour to cut down on the coffee unless you start decaff.

Peace
