Does anybody cook there chicken breasts in the microwave ? I am bored with eating tuna at work. I would also like to hear some good recipes for use in the microwave.

Thanks guys.

I'm at school from 1-9 on mon/wed
so this is what I do:
freeze a meal the night before, miro- it
dehydrated bean/rice soups (cajun flavor)
protein bars
lots of fruits
canned soups, (canned chili!)
popcorn (when you really need the calories)
cheap TV dinners with high comp. carbs
bring a loaf of bread, (peanut butter, jelly)
dry protein powder
instant oatmeal

that's all I can think of now, I'll report back if I think of others. btw: microwave makes NASTY chicken if you cook it from a raw state. Pre-cook it and reheat.

Grill them and freeze! I got tired of baked chicken breasts, microwave, etc.

It may be winter, but I'm still grillin'....

yo man. Find them frozen chicken breasts at your grocery, pop em in the microwave on high for 1:30mins and theyre done!
Add salt before you cook them and your desired flavourings. Top with toasted or raw whole wheat bread and you got yourself a meal!

Veggies go well in that too.

My fiance cooks me enough chicken breasts for the week on Sunday night. Lunch is easy, just throw in a piece of chicken or two in a tupperware container, add some frozen veggies and/or a baked potato and viola! Lunch is ready for the microwave! And it's way cheaper than Burger King (etc.)

If you take your chicken breast and season it and then wrap it up in clear wrap (? the name) and then put on a plate, pop in the micro for about 4-5 min...Its pretty good...

Every Sunday I grill a dozen or so chicken breasts and put them in the freezer. I put them in a tupperware container and simply microwave them when I need them. For myself, they've become an everyday necessity just like MRP's. I've tried microwaving them from a raw state and they turned out VERY dry. A meal suggestion that I use almost every day would be the following: Pita bread (the kind that will sort of rise and hollow out when microwaving), veggies or lettuce, chicken breast (cut into strips), light mayo or light miracle whip, and toss em into a pita. This is about the only meal I haven't got sick of after using it almost every day.
