I am preparing for a natural contest in April. My dieting is very consistent and seems to be working. Does anyone else snack on Soybean Nuts (unsalted w/o oil) at night? Also, what is your opinion of this as a snack food. The Gensoy brand I eat the breakdown is:

12 g protein/ 4 g fat/ 9 g carbs (mainly dietary fiber).

I think you answered your own question by saying that it seems to be working! However, April is a little way away so it may be too soon to say. But as long as you continue to lose mainly fat at a rate you're happy with then there's no need to change what you're doing. Good luck and keep us posted.

They taste pretty good (I got them at the VitaminShoppe), considering I am trying to cut up for the contest. The carb/fat/protein balance is really good.
