7 fish oil capsules
Meal2

6 fish oil capsules
1 orange
1 tsp metamucil
Meal 3
(Same as 1)
Meal 4
(Same as 2)
Meal 5
10 oz Chicken
3 Cups Broccoli
1 Orange
7 fish oil capsules

Any feedback please. Lifting 4x week.

You may want to add some variety in there. Some tuna, lean red meat, turkey etc. Mix it up and change your food, your body adapts very quickly and gets used to the same thing. Also are you doing cardio?? Cardio 3-4 times a week 30-45 minutes will help as well. Maybe try doing a few days lower carbs like on days you do not work out, and then higher carbs on the days you do workout. Change is good

Reduce the protein. MET-Rx's macronutrient profile is 45% protien, 40% carbs and 15%fat. This would be ideal because you keep fat low, which is what modern diet thinking dictates, but also keeps carbs low as well. Protein is elevated without being too high.

You could also do the isocaloric diet, which is really good while still allowing for variety in your diet.

And I think you should eat more!! You eat less than I do when I'm dieting, and I'm a 155 lb female. Are you using any gear??
