I know a lot of diets require very little carbs, no carbs, or only carbs in the morning, etc. I'm not planning to go on a strict diet, but just a diet with lower carbs, and little carbs at night.
What are some meals/foods that have 0(or little) carbs and fill you up?

id suggest posting your diet to be sure you aint doing something crazy.
If you are simply going lower carb,
morning could be oatmeal and protein powder, with water.

The other ones could be meat and broccoli.
Chicken backed in lemon with asparagus.

That will keep you all good. In case youre doing keto,
a scoop of peanut butter, 1 can tuna with 2 tbsp whole mayo.
It depends on the diet.
Peace

What are your goals as far as this diet is concerned??? Make sure you are getting carbs like oatmeal, yams, baked potatoes, rice etc. Stay away from simple sugars...breads, pastas etc. Keep protein high, and moderate carbs. Higher carbs on days you work out and lower on days you do not work out. But need more info on what you want to do with this in order to help you better

Well let's see. I'm not real fat or anything, just a little gut and small love handles. I play football, so I want to be lean for about 6 months, that's why I'm not doing no specific 1-2 month plans. I'm just looking to clean up my eating, shed the excess fat, and stay lean for the 6 months.
For the first couple months I'm going to take clen, eca, and maybe throw in some t3.
What I'm looking to do is just lower my carbs, and take very little in the evening. I'm going to be doing cardio 3 mornings a week, and sprints at night. If I do sprints at night, then I would need carbs wouldn't I?

Maybe try 2 days low carbs, only getting them from veggies. Then 1 day carbs, getting them from oatmeal, yams, rice etc. Morning cardio is a great way to go 30-45 minutes, and mix up your routine to keep your body guessing. Heavy weight training will boost your metabolisim and build lean body mass as well. Keep your training very intense!! Drink 1-2 gallons of water a day. Keep your protein high and fat lower on days you consume more carbohydrates. Stay away from junk food, pastas, beer and all that good stuff and you will see a difference
