50%Protein(330g)/25%Carbs(165g) and 25%Fat(73g).
Meal1:
7 oz. chicken and 4 oz. 90% Lean Beef(precooked measures)
3 fish oil capsules
5 oz. Yam and 1 cup Broccoli
Meal2:
6 Scoops EAS Simply Protein (5lb container)(60g prot)
9 Fish Oil Capsules
1 Orange
Meal3:
7 oz. chicken and 4 oz. 90% Lean Beef(precooked measures)
3 fish oil capsules
5 oz. Yam and 1 cup Broccoli
Meal4:
6 Scoops EAS Simply Protein (5lb container)(60g prot)
9 Fish Oil Capsules
1 Orange
Meal5:
7 oz. chicken and 4 oz. 90% Lean Beef(precooked measures)
3 fish oil capsules
1 Orange and 2 Cups Broccoli

Eating every 2.5 - 3 hours, latest meal between 7 and 8. Lifting 4x week and gonna start doing cardio(Interval Training). I have 3.5 months, any feedback would be appreciated. I've never been ripped before, Have a tough time losing fat. Thank You

Looks good, as long as you're measuring your food and using a good calorie, protein, carb, and fat counter, you'll be fine.
The 50/25/25 ratio should work as well, as long as you keep calories at about 10xbodyweight i.e. 200lbs = 2000kcal, since you have a slow metabolism.

good site for checking calories/nutrients
