OK, I have a very tough time losing weight. I used to use Ecstacy 6 years ago (clean since '95), and I believe that using may have screwed me up. I weight 235 now @ 17%-20%, 160 6 yrs ago, and am in need of some advise for burning this fat off. Comtemplating Merida, T3 or DNP since an 18 month diet has only burned off 20lbs. Have though of taking more E's as a diet, decided against it. Anyone have any tips for me?

Diet is tough. It takes a great deal of discipline etc. What is your diet like now?? Your body adapts after a period of time so changing some things in your diet is a possibility. Also are you weight training?? Heavy weights and intense workouts will boost your metabolisim. Cardio will also burn some calories and help shed some lbs. Sometimes adding and changing the basics will help you lose weight. Some more specific info on you would help

I dont sympathize.
Stick with KB man!
But dance your ass off while on ECA!
Try that man! You have a great time and you hardly notice its exercise.

Do you believe E seriously fucked up your fat burning ability?
Try a keto diet...worked for me.

The only long term effect associated with MDMA are with cognitive & mental function. Fat burning has not been proven to be affected. Count your blessings and eat right. Some people would sign over their sould to the devil to lose 10 pounds a year.
