Hi,

I am trying to lean down for a contest. Has anyone ever tried Chitosan. If so, please post your experience.

Thanks,
David

Chitosan is for fat fucks who eat doritoes and junk food all day. If your on a good diet, your fat should be limited enough to not have to use that stuff. Just don't eat excess fat and you dont need chitosan. Plus that stuff blocks good fats too.

Just remember if it blocks fat it also blocks good fat and you can not absorb your essential fat souluble vitamins

Yeah, this one's a no-brainer. If you're trying to get lean you are either on a lowfat diet (so no need for chitosan), or you're on a high-fat ketogenic diet in which case you need all the fat in your diet to make it work (so no need for chitosan). If you wanna have a high-fat cheat once a week or so, you also shouldn't be blocking the fat. And remember, even Xenical only blocks up to 35% of the fat from being absorbed, and chitosan is not nearly as effective as xenical. So most of the fat is still going to get absorbed with chitosan.
