(All this under a nutricionist)
Its a keto diet with almost no carbs, I can eat eggs in the morning, but yoghurts are usually 0% and not full fat, chicken has to be skinless and stuff like that.
I drink 3 shakes a day, plus supplements.

THis is basically, it seems, a keto diet with less fat. It works great...I did it for 3 weeks...
But Im wondering if I up the fat by eating a pot of full fat Cottage CHeese and stuff like that will that screw it uP?
Has anybody seen this diet before?

if your protein out-weighs the fat, then its not a keto diet. theres a chance that your protein intake is being utilized for your bodies energy. you should bump the fat more. my $0.02
