hay guys, I was wanting to try a cyclic ketogenic diet but I really need a site which gives you all the information including types of foods, ratio of fats

rotein and no. of calories consumed to lose fat. What to do on what days of the week including the training aswell.

Thanks, but i still can't find a decent list of foods which are acceptible for the diet.... I live in australia so some of the products you have, I don't.

Please help! much appreciated
