hey what is your favorite non-shake, high protien breakfast...I like to go with 8 egg whites, turkey and cheese on a heroe with salt/pepper/ketchup...I figure it has about 40 grams of protien, maybe a little more...just wondering if anyone has any ideas for a changeup for me to add to my diet

#1 large bowl of oatmeal, large glass of choc milk.

#2 5 whole eggs, 2-3 pieces of toast

#3 bagel and cream cheese (usually with some meat too)

#4 chili (my favorite)

#5 yogurt, toast (buttered), milk

I usually eat something light like that and then the next meal is a little heavier with more protein. In the morning I mainly focus on getting some carbs in.

Every day I have oatmeal with a flavored protein powder mixed in.

Skimmed milk with Muesli, cup of tea and a massive chicken and low fat salad cream sandwich followed by apple and bannana.

(I usually have some protien as well though!)
