Hey,

I'm very new to the whole "workout" scene, and I need some advice.

I'm slowly starting to build up my workout routine...but right now I really want to work on my diet...it's horrible. I need a good cutting diet to get rid of a lot of fat (not a lot, but to me it seems like a lot).

Are there any books, webpages, or user who would be willing to help me out...I'm totally lost and need a "mentor" so to speak.

Thanks!

Ryan.

Although alot of the guys here will hack on me for saying this......go buy Bill Phillips' book "Body For Life". It will cover most everything from inspiration, to diet concerns, as well as basic workouts for the beginner. Just don't expect to buy an dbol from him.......lol. He saves that all for himself.
