I dont like to stay straight on Creatine too long because I like to train without it first, then add it on when the weights increase...but then again, I train in cyckles because I play football and lose strength during the season...I like to gain some strength without it, then get the extra boost, I feel like it does more for me

Creatine is the most widley used suppliment today, thats why it is also the one of the best(leagal) suppliments. I recomend using creatine for about one month then off for about a week, because like any drug or suppliment your body starts to addapt or build a tolerance(gets used to)to that drug.
The time off alows your bodys drug receptors to kind of recharge allowing you to get the full benifits of the creatine as if you just started on it for the first time.

(THE WEAK SURVIVE BUT THE STRONG LIVE)

Creatine is fine to take for long periods of time. It's not like a drug. It's more like a vitamin or mineral. It's in meat and when it enters your muscle cell it allows the muscle to hold more water. It doesn't trigger receptors.
