which should i buy,i know this is the net weight % of fat,not calories from fat,

my question is,say for example the 7 % fat one,i think it has around 45%-50% calories from fat,after u cook it well done,does this remain the same,or does cooking it well done change the nutrition facts

because i use to get morans 4%,but after i cook it because so raw ,plus ive been trying to add fat to mydiet

I think 7-10% fat is the best tasting. and you can get it for a better price than really lean stuff.

cooking will not really change the nutritional content.
