what diets you pros recommend for a novice using DNP?(moderate carbs.???)

DNP will make it difficult to adhere to any specific diet. count calories and try to eat enough good foods. DNP is very uncomfortable, don't take it more than a week straight and be prepared to feel like shit.

never take more than 600mg!! it takes about a day to two days before you feel hot and nasty.

BE CAREFULL. do NOT eliminate carbs.

Eat a normally balanced diet, try aprox. 60% carbs, 40% protein(not counting the fat cals.). Mail me if you have questions bro, [email protected]
