I have been trying unsuccessfully to reduce my weight for the past three years. I am 5ft 9 inches tall and weigh 95kg about 15 stones!
My main problem area is my stomach which is very big (38 inch). Situps hurt my back and running hurts my kness. How am I to start losing weight if I can't do intense exercise? Diets make me hungry and I can't stick to them for more than a few weeks at most and then I end up eating more than when I started and the weight I lose comes back with interest.Does EMS (electro - whatever) really work? Or should I just consider liposuction? No kidding here. Someone please help a worried female. Thanks in advance.

situps hurt my back, and I have knee problems which make squats and things hard for me as well. BUt there are still plenty of exercises you can do for weightlifting, as well as aerobic exercises which are not hard on the knees.

You can lose weight without intense exercise, its just more of a pain in the ass, you just have to cut calories more.
"DIETS MAKE ME HUNGRY, I CANT STICK TO THEM"
well then your weight is not gonna change, with no exercise and no diet.
EMS? I dunno wtf that is, sounds like bullshit.
I dont know about liposuction either.

I used to get hungry as hell on diets. the ketogenic diet (low carb diet) keeps me from becoming hungry, as well as the usual ECA ephedrine/caffeine/aspirin stack.
GO workout, find exercises you can do. Go ride an exercise bike, and find a diet you can stick with forever. otherwise your weight will always come back, its a life long thing.
If you want more information. just post here.
I'll help U all I can

Definately get an ECA stack! That's assuming that it's not banned where you live however. I'm assuming you live outside the United States because you said kilograms. The ECA will make you less hungry on your diet, give you more energy, and definate help to motivate you. Situps won't do shit except make your stomach bigger. So take some ECA, do some light cardio, and start lifting. Even some light cardio like walking or whatever will definately help. Good luck bro.

I have also been piling up the pounds. I was 235lbs 1 year ago, now down to 195.

1) Eat 75% of your carbs FOR BREAKFAST!!! It'll be hard but try real hard. Protein shake as you wake and lots of food within 1 hour of waking. Not just piece of toast! Eat foods like : steak, oatmeal, cereal, bagel, eggs, vegatables, fruit. I really liked chili for breakfast but thats up to the person.

2) Small amount of fat for lunch. Foods like : Chicken brest sandwich, salad, pork chop.

3) Take hydroxycut before dinner. Eat no fat AT ALL. Some carbs are ok since the Hydroxycut will wash them away. Foods like : Broccoli, rice, x-lean chicken breast, vegatables

4) If your going to skip a meal make it dinner and don't take the hydroxycut. Maybe your doctor will give you meridia if your more than 23% bodyfat but that is a last resort because it is expensive and it is a narcotic!

You need to keep yourself motivated. Its simple do some research on dieting find something that you know you can stick with. The gradually ease yourself into it, given your particullar situation going all out from the beggining might not be the best idea.An ECA could help a lot.Just keep reminding yourself where you want to be throughout the diet, dont think of your current status but focus on tyour final goal. For cardio you could try manny low impact machines. The most important factor is consistancy, stick to set plan.(Remember you cant just go back to your regular eating habits once you come off you MUST make a change in your normal diet to keep fat off)

I bet you are someone that wakes up and brushes her teeth. Takes a shower and does her hair because you want to look nice. Those were things you were taught and they stuck to you. You probably were not brought up on the best diet. The diet is also something that you must be taught. You can find out what to do from these people hear but something tells me that you already know what to do. JUst do it, hunger is for a 3rd world countrys not yours or ours. We dont even know what hunger is. Take those hunger thoughts out of your head and let that feeling become something that you enjoy and your body will adjust to it. As far as cardio, walking on a treadmill will do just fine. Dont expect to get lean in one day but 40 days in nothing in our life time. Stick to one of these guys diets and watch your whole perspective on life change. Dont force it but let it happen and it will. Your a strong woman! Happiness is around the corner...

Wombat!, you are a mind reader of some sort. I seem to get everything else in mylife right except this health thing. I want to do the right thing but sticking is the problem.

Thanks Hyprzo for the high carb breakfast tip. Thing is I don't eat breakfast but I'll try getting into the habit.

I'll give my progress report as things improve with me.
