1) Wassup, I read recently from a post by liquidplaya that he could never get into ketosis with diet pop and sweetners, and that his diet was way over 100% more efficient.
My question is , until when is there a limit?
After meals I usually grab a fat free natural yoghurt, and put some aspartame powder or some sweetner while on the atkins diet. Im not sure whether I was in ketosis, but I lost 3.5lbs the first 15 days. Water retention? Maybe, but I think Im a bit less than a month and I have lost 8.5kg (18,7lbs [and while Im not sure whether I lost some muscle, I definetely have not noticed any difference, except for they are slightly shrunken due to the lack of water More definition is definetely there, too).
Im finally on vacations and here and there I drink diet pops. When I read this I was like fuck, my nutricionist said it was all good, but from your experience, what is the limit on these two elements? Abolish completely:?Once a day? Twice? Does it matter? *WHY*?

2) Oh yeah, I forgot. Is what I have lost excessive for up to 20 days of a ketogenic diet? This might be an alert that Im losing muscle.
Youd help me cope with a lot of stress.

im not sure what the limit is. but I was drinking like 4 diet sodas a day when I did it before...
I haven't tested any limits since I have been taking in zero artificial sweeteners lately.. but yesterday I drunk around 2 litres of diet coke, and a beer and Im in ketosis again right now.. (24 hours later) but that doesnt help with the artificial sweeteners question..
are u using ketostix? I think u should get some, its cheap enuff and u can tell for sure wether your in ketosis or not....

30 days and u lost 20 pounds?
I dont think u should worry a lot, as long as your not doing any crazy calorie reductions and your still lifting to maintain the muscle, u shouldnt be losing a lot of muscle.. i know how it sux when u have no carbs, it seems like your muscles are a lot smaller..

the bottom line is, im not sure about the Artificial sweetener stuff.. all I know is last year I could never get into ketosis, and now I can, and after some thought I figured it was the sweeteners.. maybe its only a certain kind.. I say get some ketostix so that you know if your in ketosis or not...
