Thought you guys should check out MONSTERs post on the WOMENS BOARD, very good.
Many times they post good shit over there,

bump.
yeah the women's board does have alot of good info. but just go over there for informational purposes or to help them out.
it is thier board, and they do need different advices especially for AS use.
