HI,
Again, today is not much different from Wednesday and Thursday. Because my body works better with a 24-30 hour carb-up, I will not start my carb-up til Saturday.

DIET: SAME

SUPPLEMENTS: SAME, except this is the last day for my thermogenic stack. It will not be taken over the weekend.

TRAINING: NO WEIGHT TRAINING AND NO CARDIO.

MOOD: I start getting a little ansy for the carb-up. I really start to smell them carbs. Other than this, it is the same.

BODY COMPOSITON: Same but punier.

TIP: DO NOT GO TO THE GROCERY STORE!!! I have done this, and I end up cheating and eating carbs because everything just stares at me. I really crave pasta, sweets and Chinese food for some reason.

CONCLUSION: This was easy to type up because there were no changes. Get ready because tomorrow is the big day. Well, my weekday experiences are as easy as that. Don't make it harder than it has to be. Get plenty of rest for the big "whole-body depletion workout" tomorrow.

*I will do the write-up for my weekend carb-up in the next day or two. This is the make or break part of the whole diet. It takes practice. This also seems to be where the most confusion and questions are at lately. I'll try to do a good job on it. LATER you big, lean sons-of-bitches.
