Okay, I got a little lazy and behind on my postings. Here is what my typical Wednesday looks like. I am usually already full board into ketosis. There is not much to this day.
Here is what some things look like.

DIET: Nothing changed, and it is still the same as it was for Monday and Tuesday.

SUPPLEMENTS: This is also mainly the same. The only thing I really change is my choice of glucose disposal agents. Since I am already in ketosis, there is no reason to really drive glucose any lower, therefore, I switch to Chromium and Magnesium instead of ALA. I will use my ALA for safety on meals that have a little too many carbs (peanut butter, etc.). Here are my doses for the two supplements:

CHROMIUM: 800 mcg. to 1200 mcg in divided doses throughout the day. One dose in the morning and one at night before bed. The rest are taken before meals.

MAGNESIUM: ~1000 mg. divided threoughout the day. 1 dose in morning and 1 at night before bed. The rest are taken before meals.

*I take both supplements together.

TRAINING: Non-weight training day. I will do some cardio in the morning or at night before going to bed. Cardio sessions are around 30 minutes at a moderate intensity level.

MOOD: I/you will notice that your body is getting used to being in ketosis. I am not as nauseated, but I still do not have the stamina levels as I would being fully glycogenated. Your hunger may not be as severe due to the ketone affect that will negate hunger.

BODY COMPOSITION: You should have noticed a somewhat major decrease in weight depending on how much water and glycogen that was gained from being compensated during the previous carb-up. Your muscles will appear flat and small, but this is normal. They will get reglycogenated during the carb-up. You will notice that when your bodyfat is low, your abs will have a lot "grainier" look to them.

CONCLUSION: Today is pretty simple, this is all I do on a typical Wednesday.
