I am under the Atkins diet for 2 weeks by a nutricionist.
I lost 4kg the first 15 days he put me on the diet. TOmorrow is my consultation with him, yet I am eager as to what he will propose, and also I am looking to learn the ins and outs on how everybody cycles this.
With this keto diet my strength has been greatly depleted, but anyway:

15 days hardcore Atkins diet
????- WHat would he put me on next? (im looking to lose 15kg)
????- Do you think I will go back to the atkins diet?

Is it just to regain the body's adaptation to the diet?
Why is it only for 15 days, and do you forsee me coming back to it?
Thanks,
Daniel

chill, the strength depletion is a lack of carbs, you'll get it back once U eat carbs..
I'm not 100% sure about the 15 days on the diet and then off..
your metabolic rate will drop from any diet, so if you are going back on a maintenance diet after 15 days maybe it is to bring your metabolic rate back up to normal, but ig you are switching diets it might be because the doctor believes that this diet is unhealthy in some way, as some believe, and to be on the safe side it is only used for short periods..
