What fat loss diet gave you the best results??
How did you schedule your cardio?
How long did you stay on it?
How much Fat loss did you get?
Any supps used?

Im still in the middle of my first diet so results are'nt final. Its a Keto diet with cardio in the morning whenever i can or in the afternoon around 3 times a week.Been doin it for a month so far.I've lost around 10 pounds.Ive been taking xenadrine throughout (thinking of switching to homemade ECA).

Atkins Diet worked best for me. Did cardio 3x per week. Didn't bother with supplements,(eca etc...) Keep up the good work,

Im under a nutricionist's Keto diet.
Im 16 and I was trying to bulk up and I did too much. Im losing 5kg/10lbs.
I was 79 kg, now im 75, after 15 days.
WTF, I see no muscular mass loss, but 10 lbs in a month? THats below average man!
It might be half of it water retention, but who knows. My stomach is flatter though.

Cut the full fat mayo and bacons or something.
Peace

Did a keto diet and lost a fair amount of weight and ended up pretty shredded, but absolutely hated the diet and could NOT do it again. Had better results doing super low fat (9-10%), moderate carb (30%), high protein (60%). You can adjust the ratios, but I kept a lot of fibrous carbs in there and I just felt better.
Did cardio 4x/week for 45 min and ECA throughout the 8 weeks.
Lost about 15 lbs and did not lose as much muscle as I did with the keto diet.

keto diets kick ass
Steady blod sugar level throughout the day, no ups and downs, eat pure fat and amaze your (stupid) friends that you are still so cut(haha), and you burn fat 9/7ths faster than normal because you are in ketosis..
and I like the simplicity of eating just chicken and Udo's oil and some greens all day

Some of you that are older,30+,may rememeber cybergenics. Lots of supplements and a killer workout. The supps were bogus but the diet shredded me. $ days I would eat about 200 grams of protein and keep carbs under 150 grams per day. Then 3 days a week I would gorge on everything and anything.. Lifted 6x week, supersets, drop sets, etc. Shredded me. The key was cutting carbs way down and grubbing big for 3 days so I wouldnt lose $.gdluck

Cybergenics.. uh, dont remind me about that Toughest training I ever have done. It really opened my mind to accept that there is no limits in training/diet. And that diet, I lost about 10-15lbs while eating like madman 4 days of week, training volume and intensity was so high that it kicked fat out (and some muscle).

So IMHO Cybergenics was not total scam, it was just too hard for most of us..

40-30-30 protein-fat-carbs with calories at 12x bodyweight in pounds. Cardio was eliptical trainer 4x per week. Weights were one body part per day for 8-12 sets of 15-3 reps. Supplemented with 80 mcg of clen and ripped fuel 3x per day. Lost 12 pounds in a month, and lost 2 pounds of muscle via hydrostatic weighing.
