I have just come off my diet and I was pretty cut but my energy levels was so low and I was so exhausted that I could barely go up the stairs into the gym. I was afraid of passing out or fainting or whatever so now I have decided it is time to go on another bulking phase so I ate a lot of carbs and even a whole pie today and yesterday and I feel fat already. How long would it take for you to gain enough fat back that you can notice it? I ate lots of carbs like bread and cereal but not much fat. Could I be getting fatter after only two days? How long will it take?

Hmmmm, weird & confusing post!?
Anyway, I think it's mostly in your head 'the fat feeling'. It's just like if you for some reason don't get to do your regular aerobics or weight workout for a coupple of days, you start to feel fat and bloated etc. (atleast I do). Ofcourse also if you eat like a pig for a day or two your stomach will be totally full and proberably stand out because of the large amounts of food in there

youve gained back the water you had lost while dieting, so you will look fatter.. personally, I went crazy once after a ketogenic diet and gained all the fat back in 2 weeks..
You gotta watch your eating on the bulking phase too,, u dont wanna gain more than a tinnnnnny bit of fat per week while bulking up..

stick to a super high protein(300-500 grams a day)low fat and no carb passed 3pm except for post workout carb meal. Drink 2 gals of water a day to flush you kidneys and when on gear take plenty of milk thisthle. This diet will get anyone super ripped. Yet huge but never bloated. Take only 3 to 4 months out of the year to adjust to higher carbs for growing purposes but other then that. Walk around in shape while others stay fat and use excuses of Im trying to get big. What a joke. Enjoy the ripped abs at the beach while other big dudes in the gym refuse to take their shirts off.
