I just went 4 days without carbs (less than 30) I don't want to carb up because i like the way i look. I now want to add SOME carbs but drop the fat in my diet almost altogether. My wight is 208 at 6% bf. Please help me out.

Start off by adding a small amount post-workout. Either in a drink right after, or a meal with starch about 30-60 min after.
If you want to add the fewest carbs possible, I would recommend you prioritize them i.e. if your're gonna add any, add them to your post-workout meal
If that doesn't do it for you, in addition, include some with your pre-workout meal
If it's still not satisfactory, add a bit more an hour after your post-workout meal
If you crave more still and your first meal isn't either pre/post workout, then add some to that as well.
Beyond that, you're looking at a carb-based diet.
