hi all, well i think most of you know how much i weigh and all that,if you dont (430lbs) well anyways i was remembering muscle mag that will brink write about fatloss and muscle gain(or keep muscle) and it goes from LBM and its like 1.5g protein per LBM, 0.8g carbs per LBM, and around 2-4 tbsp flax oil. well i have around 198-203 lbs of LBM so here is what i came up with, let me know what yuou think, ohh and also can you go over to the training forum and see my training and tell me what you think? thanks:

300g protein
160g carbs
3 tbsp flax oil

meal 1
2 scoops protein shake
1 cup skim milk
1 tbsp flax oil
pro:49g carbs:20g fat:16g fiber:2g

meal 2
8oz. turkey breast
4 slices wheat high fiber bread
pro: 54g carbs:40g fat:12g fiber:12g

meal 3
2 scoops protein shake
1 cup skim milk
1 tbsp flax oil
pro:49g carbs:20g fat:16g fiber:2g

meal 4
4oz. top sirloin steak
1 cup oats
pro:52 carbs:48g fat:19g fiber:12g

meal 5
4oz. top sirloin steak
1 cup oats
pro:52 carbs:48g fat:19g fiber:12g

meal 6
2 scoops protein shake
1 cup skim milk
1 tbsp flax oil
pro:49g carbs:20g fat:16g fiber:2g

total pro:305g carbs:196g fat:98g fiber:42g

what do you think?

looks good but that's only 2900 calories wich is probably too low for someone your size

Sorry I haven't (yet) looked at your training, but I think your diet looks pretty good assuming that you bodyfat measurements were close to the mark. The best advice is to monitor your weight and fat-loss regularly. If you're not losing fat, then you need to either drop calories or increase cardio. If you're losing more than 2 lbs per week, then you need to adjust cardio or increase calories. I'm sure you already know all this. But at high bodyfat levels it gets hard to calculate your true metabolic rate, so the macronutrients per pound of LBM are just a starting point. Don't be afraid to change things if you're not getting results. And of course, you can always ask on this board for more help if needed. Good Luck.
