I know I'm suppose to drink alot of water. I hate it, it makes me bloated and feel full all the time. Not to mention having to pee every 5 minutes. Is there anything else that won't give me extra calories that will help me get all the fluids I need? I love coffee, does that count? Just kidding of course!!

Another water question. I don't really know what you are asking here, but I'll try anyways.

Water does not make you bloated unless you drink a ton all at one time. Water will actually flush extracellular water out to some degree by its nature of being a natural diuretic. My advice, drink less at one time and spread it out more evenly throughout the day. Anything you drink in excess at one serving will make you fell full to your stomach.

Look at the thread "I hate drinking water" by UBERMASS down the board. Cockdezl believes you can drink diet soda to fulfill your fluid needs. You can decide whether or not you want to do this or not, I use them, when I do not feel like drinking water.

Also, coffee should not be considered as a means to get your fluid intake. If it is caffeinated, it will actually deplete your body of water because of caffeines nature of being a slight diuretic.

In Australia we call it "cordial" but I don't know what it's called where you are. It's like a drink base, and gives flavour and colour to water. If you get a sugar-free variety, it can make water much easier to get down.

I second the crystal light recommendation. The water here is not very tasty, so that's what I use.

Yeah cordial is the shit. But water is neccasary so you just have to drink it. Drink smaller portions more frequently to feel less bloated.
