So I know I am new to this constant calculating of calories/protein/carb/fat in my food daily but I find this time consuming and tired of feeling like I need a calculator. Does anyone know of a site that will give me the nutritional value of some foods. At home this is fine cuz I can read the packages but eating out or at a friends, even through I can still eat healthy is more of a problem. I need quick reference to some numbers to give me some idea of what the components of the cup of beans, baked potatoe and chicken I ate while out. I am trying 2000 calories a day with 60% protein 25 carbs and 15 fat. Any place I can learn the breakdown of certain food values until I get used to this?
