Is it worth buying? I've heard it has some pretty good recipe ideas and I'm sick of the same foods every day.

I'm sure it is. I hear you man, it's a pain to eat like a horse 24/7 and you start to lose your appetite. do a search on "recipes" in the diet forum. might find something.

Yes, it is worth the money. You can get it on Amazon.com

i got it like 6 months ago and never made anything from it because almost all the recipes require you really know you're way around the kitchen, which i don't. If you are a decent cook, then you may think it is a good book, but me i just prefer to throw some meat on the george forman grill with a little seasoning, that little thing kicks ass!
just my 2 cents.

That's all I do too. Throw some chicken breast on the George Foreman grill.

I just wrote this recipe on a diff. site but what the fuck> This shit will take you less than 10 min. One can tuna in bowl with one egg white and 1/4 cup of met-rx or whole wheat pancake mix. Add shit load of pepper or hot sauce and mix. If to thick add alittle water. Fry on pan till it raises like a pancake and flip. If you are sick of eating tuna like most of us then you will never eat tuna again other then this way. If it is to dry just add alittle speg. sauce or ketup. If you are on a really strick low carb diet just add 2 tbsp. pancake mix and none of the sauces but plenty of pepper. Let me know what you think!

Not worth buying. A lot of the recipes require you to buy Twinlab products, such as Veg-Fuel. I bought it and haven't used it any. You'd be better off buying a low fat cookbook, I like the ones like Better Homes and Garden for the pictures of the meals. Thw WWF wrestlers just put out a cookbook that looks pretty interesting and you can buy it at Wal-Marts. If your stuck on a cookbook by a bodybuilder, I'd go with one by Laura Creavalle. http://clubcreavalle.com/
