Anyone, Ever tried 'Bodyopus'? I had very good results with it, I got down to 7% BF @ 185 5"9" naturally. I have decided to try my first cycle and I am currently 212lbs 6 weeks in to my 12 week cycle. I want to use the Ketogenic diet again but am thinking of using a winstrol/eq stack or a fina/winstrol/primo stack. Any suggestions? It took me about 9 weeks to get down from 215 to 185 the first time when I did it naturally. How long would it take using these stacks?

Currently I'm doing a CKDiet. The link is in one of the ketogenic posts. I'm taking t3,clen,fina,and eq. I'm hoping to drop my bodyfat percentage at least 10%. I'll keep you posted. ------------------ | ||

Just finished a cycle with a ketogenic diet. I would highly recommend it even for brief periods during a bulking phase I would recommend it. I'm going to start a bulk in Nov. So I will incorporate it in the program then too. |
