Has anybody out there had lyposuction done. I'm thinking of getting it done in the love handle area and also in the stomach area. I have 14% bodyfat but I just can't seem to get that last little bit. I just need to do something to spot reduce those areas.     | ||

I'd get down to atleast 10% and see if it goes away, before you decide to have lypo. | ||

Are you a male?? If so, then I agree with IceBlast. It is unrealistic for a male to look good in the abs above 8-10% BF, and if you can't diet down lower than 14%, then the fat is VERY likely to come back after lipo. | ||

Have you tried a fat burner such as Adipokinetx? I noticed it really helped me shed fat around the middle and the back. But diet is the key. I don't recommend lyposuction. If you want to experience pain and have scars go ahead. Count me out. ------------------ -HB- |
