should i intake and in how many meals? I weigh 175-180lbs... 5ft10 14-15% bf?
how many calories per day????

and what carido routine have you seen maximum results to lose fat????

well you can try will brinks method:

1.5g protein per LBM
.8g carbs per LBM
and about 2 tbsp flax oil

best proteins:
red meat
whey
casein
whole eggs

best carbs:
oats
brown rice
veggies
beans

try 30 min. of cadio 3 times a week to start.
