not the last of all meals! just the last one for the day...

i was wondering what to cut down on before going to bed, my last meal is like 15 mins before bedtime so i was wondering if any type of food is harmful before sleeping, should i cut down the fat or the carbs? by the way, i'm bulking up right now, so it might make no difference at all.

I never eat a solid meal past 6 PM. I have a ProLab N-Large 2 shake at 7PM work out from 7:30 PM to 9 PM drink another N-Large 2 shake at around 9:45 PM go to bead at 10:30

You're bulking, so it doesn't matter. The carbs will keep your body from burning protein/muscle during the 8 hours that you're asleep (8 hours of not eating!).

bump. What if your cutting????????

I've been cutting the carbs. In fact I'm about to go to bed and I just ate 3 scrambled eggs? what do you think?

cut the carbs...if your cutting...My best protein for nightitme is fat free COTTAGE CHEESE.....great amino profile, caseinate allows for slower GI motility.....therefore amino acids relases for long period after while your sleeping to prevent catabolism
